Pre-Order

Blossom Boutique Pre-Order Rules

Thank you so much for supporting Blossom Boutique. Pre-orders help me bring items you love, and these guidelines keep everything smooth, fair, and organized for everyone. 

1. Pre-Order Commitment
When you place your pre-order you're reserving an item that is being ordered specifically for you. Please double check your size, color, and quantity before submitting. 

2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated. Unpaid pre-orders will not be placed. 

3. Arrival time
Estimated arrival times are provided by the vendor and can vary. Delays can happen, but I will always keep you updated. 

4. Pick up Policy
Scheduled pick up days will be Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons each week. Orders not picked up after missing 2 pick ups (2 weekends) will be returned to stock. No refunds on abandoned orders.

5. No cancellations
Once you're pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure before ordering.

6. No refunds or Exchanges on Pre-Orders
Because items are ordered specifically for you, all pre-order sales are final. 

7-Communication
You will receive a message when your item arrives and is ready for pickup. Please make sure your contact information is correct and up to date.
