Shipping and delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping notification once your package is on its way.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
No International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with an address outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We are unable to replace or refund orders once they are marked delivered.
Local Pickup / Delivery
If local pickup or delivery is available, it will appear as an option at checkout. Instructions will be provided after your order is placed.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses if restricted by the carrier.
