We want you to be confident in every purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Fine Jewelry – All Sales Final
All sales are final on fine jewelry, including pieces featuring natural or lab‑grown stones. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fine jewelry (natural or lab‑grown stones)
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom pieces
Eligibility for Returns (Non‑Restricted Items)
Returns may be accepted for eligible items if they:
- Are unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Are requested within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
